This platform provides practice questions and exam simulations to help candidates prepare for WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) examinations. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to WSET. WSET is a registered trademark of the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and must not impersonate any other person.
4. Free and Paid Access
Guest users receive one free practice attempt per level. Registered users receive three free attempts per level. Paid access grants unlimited attempts for the purchased level and is a one-time, non-recurring purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including practice questions, explanations, and software, is the intellectual property of the platform operator. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that practice on this platform will result in passing any WSET examination. Exam formats and syllabi are subject to change by WSET at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
